New Patients

The intake process for new patients is simple and consists of a 1 page form (no excessive paperwork!) and a 30 minute appointment. During this consultation, Dr. Coleman will go over your concerns and perform a variety of non invasive tests to help determine the most effective treatment plan. In most cases, your first treatment will be the same day and will be accompanied with “at home” instructions and/or limitations based on your specific situation. Some conditions may require us to take X-rays.

Referrals

Secondary evaluations can be helpful especially when dealing with severe conditions and/or chronic pain. Dr.Coleman may refer you to one or more of the following: physical therapist, massage therapist, M.D., and/or attorney. We are fortunate to associate with some of the best and as a team, committed to your health and wellbeing.
